Department Manager Food & Non-Food

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your team within the wholesale market independently
• Plan personnel deployment and support team professional development
• Provide competent advice and service to gastronomy and professional customers
• Manage product flow from ordering to attractive presentation and sales
• Monitor costs and revenue development within the department
• Optimize processes and contribute ideas for departmental advancement

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in retail (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, or Salesperson)
• Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
• Experience with various product groups in retail
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong customer orientation and passion for retail
• Organizational talent and ability to work under pressure
• Availability to work in a two-shift system
