About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the fish department/fresh counter independently
- Plan personnel deployment and support team development
- Provide expert consultation and service to gastronomy customers
- Manage product flow from ordering to presentation and sales
- Monitor costs and revenue development
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards (e.g., HACCP)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in retail or gastronomy (e.g., Wholesale Merchant, Retail Merchant, Chef, or Restaurant Specialist)
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable position
- Experience in retail and passion for fresh fish
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong customer orientation and organizational skills
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
