About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and correct monthly and annual closings
- Lead, develop, and prioritize tasks within your team
- Drive continuous improvements of processes, systems, and workflows
- Establish and follow up on KPIs for the department
- Quality assure accounting material and financial deliverables
- Contribute actively to operations, including reconciliations and budget follow-up
- Ensure strong collaboration with the business and relevant authorities
- Act as a key contributor to the transition to the D365F&O ERP system
Requirements
- Relevant higher education in economics or accounting (e.g., HD-R or cand.merc.aud.)
- Solid experience in a similar role involving accounting, reporting, and leadership
- Advanced Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of Navision and AX
- Experience with databases and potentially macro programming
- Structured work style with a focus on quality and deadlines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to create direction and engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of D365F&O
