Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including cost-effective process optimization
• Handle staff scheduling and personnel management
• Monitor results and manage inventory and purchasing
• Lead and develop a solid team to create a strong work culture
• Spend the majority of time working operationally in production with the team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role (Store Manager, Department Manager, etc.)
• Proven experience with personnel responsibility and operational management
• Ability to work in a high-tempo environment under pressure
• Strong organizational and structural skills
• Good financial and business understanding
• Willingness to work 5 shifts per week in production
