Responsibilities

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar leadership role (Store Manager, Department Manager, etc.)
• Proven experience with personnel responsibility and operational management
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-tempo environment
• Strong economic and business understanding
• Structured, organized, and proactive approach to improving processes
• Good communication skills
