About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize customer deliveries regarding quantity and specification
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery through stock availability monitoring and order management
- Align with Operations, Store management, Head Office, Buyers, and Field Sales teams
- Verify daily fuel costing, transactions, and documentation
- Update KPIs on a daily basis
- Coordinate and resolve customer complaints regarding delivery issues
- Acquire and analyze periodic customer feedback
- Coordinate with head office regarding fuel expenses, KPIs, and third-party vehicle costs
- Perform competitor promotion checks and provide feedback to the Buying Department
- Maintain and update customer files to ensure high-quality data and efficient communication
- Conduct weekly customer visits to understand business needs and expectations
- Analyze best customer data to propose tailored solutions and campaign management
Requirements
- Intermediate education with 8+ years of work experience OR Graduation with less than 8 years of experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven team leadership abilities
- Effective analytical and decision-making skills
- Result-oriented and customer-focused mindset
