Department Manager - Deli, Catering & Cheese

Responsibilities

• Manage and animate the Deli, Catering, and Cheese department
• Guarantee product freshness, quality, and attractive visual merchandising
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of collaborators
• Manage orders, stock levels, and waste reduction (shrinkage)
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, traceability, and food safety regulations
• Drive sales growth and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales
• Experience in team management is preferred
• Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach
• Rigorous, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team to meet commercial challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• CAP Charcutier - Traiteur (Deli/Catering certification)
• Previous experience in large-scale retail or artisanal food production
