About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales associates to improve selling skills and achieve sales goals and KPIs
  • Drive sales for the assigned category by partnering with the Store Manager on sell-through and team training
  • Coach and provide real-time feedback to the team to ensure the full Burberry Experience is delivered
  • Manage customer flow to ensure high service standards and that no client is left unattended
  • Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales, specialists, stock, and operations teams
  • Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including securing merchandise and POS procedures
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalate to management when necessary
  • Support the Store Manager in developing and retaining talent through performance reviews and development plans

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales
  • Advanced knowledge of POS systems
  • Ability to handle complex customer service issues, including complaints, returns, and repairs
  • Proficiency with Apple mobile devices and digital tools
  • Ability to maintain a fluent and professional dialogue with clients and staff
