About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing, customer-facing department, coaching the team to deliver the full Burberry Experience.
- Set and drive performance targets, including conversion rates, sales, UPT, and AUR.
- Manage department scheduling to align with peak business hours and customer demand.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of specialists to ensure high levels of product knowledge and service.
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships to create brand advocates and drive data capture.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, housekeeping, and retail excellence within the department.
- Act as a brand ambassador by staying updated on luxury fashion trends and marketing campaigns.
