Responsibilities

• Grow your team by animating, training, and supporting each collaborator
• Optimize resources by organizing schedules and adapting human and material resources to store activity
• Guarantee a good social climate through fluid communication and dialogue
• Satisfy every customer by ensuring a warm welcome and an attractive merchant environment
• Drive performance by following objectives, analyzing results, and controlling costs
• Ensure safety by respecting and enforcing rules to protect people and property

Requirements

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree
• Experience in team management and motivating staff
• Strong customer relationship skills and ability to create connections
• Highly organized and rigorous with planning and prioritization skills
• Knowledge of internal procedures, product trends, and basic law
