Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned department following company procedures
• Coordinate and monitor departmental tasks
• Participate in achieving qualitative and quantitative departmental goals
• Train, guide, and motivate the team
• Actively participate in customer service and departmental operations including orders, receipts, replenishment, and quality controls

Requirements

• Tertiary education degree
• At least 3 years of experience in a retail/store environment
• Proficiency in English and computer skills
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
