Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth operation of the assigned department following company procedures
- Coordinate and monitor departmental tasks
- Participate in achieving qualitative and quantitative departmental goals
- Train, guide, and motivate the team
- Actively participate in customer service and departmental operations including orders, receipts, replenishment, and quality controls
Requirements
- Tertiary education degree
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail/store environment
- Proficiency in English and computer skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills and team spirit
