About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver high level of customer service through styling advice and product knowledge
- Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximize performance
- Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new team members
- Identify and nurture future talent for development plans
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure alignment with brand standards
- Act as a brand ambassador and step into Store Manager role when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail store operations, preferably in fashion
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for engaging customers
- Genuine interest in the brand's products
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide constructive feedback
- Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- English language skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven team leadership in fast-paced environments
- Understanding of retail KPIs and analytical thinking
