Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources
  • Ensure tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees are executed and that they have necessary support
  • Ensure quality of customer service
  • Supervise product selection on display and maintain order in aisles
  • Provide ideas and suggestions to increase sales and maintain up-to-date knowledge of bestsellers and market novelties

Requirements

  • DEC diploma
  • 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
  • 1 year of experience in personnel management
  • Strong general culture and sharp business sense
  • Leadership and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Varied availability
