Responsibilities
- Manage human resources
- Ensure tasks and responsibilities assigned to employees are executed and that they have necessary support
- Ensure quality of customer service
- Supervise product selection on display and maintain order in aisles
- Provide ideas and suggestions to increase sales and maintain up-to-date knowledge of bestsellers and market novelties
Requirements
- DEC diploma
- 3 years of experience in retail and/or customer service
- 1 year of experience in personnel management
- Strong general culture and sharp business sense
- Leadership and sense of responsibility
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Varied availability
