About the role

Responsibilities

  • Train, develop, and lead a department team to maximize sales and reduce stock loss
  • Work alongside the team on the shop floor to demonstrate and drive excellent customer service standards
  • Ensure Sales Associates are highly motivated and knowledgeable about the Primark brand
  • Deputize for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of retail experience
  • Proven ability to efficiently delegate tasks amongst a team
  • Strong negotiation skills with both customers and colleagues
  • Experience in interviewing new hires
  • Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
  • Strong commercial awareness and a business-oriented mindset
