About the role
Responsibilities
- Train, develop, and lead a department team to maximize sales and reduce stock loss
- Work alongside the team on the shop floor to demonstrate and drive excellent customer service standards
- Ensure Sales Associates are highly motivated and knowledgeable about the Primark brand
- Deputize for the Store and Assistant Store Manager during periods of absence
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail experience
- Proven ability to efficiently delegate tasks amongst a team
- Strong negotiation skills with both customers and colleagues
- Experience in interviewing new hires
- Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
- Strong commercial awareness and a business-oriented mindset
