Dentist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic care
• Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose dental conditions and develop member-centered treatment plans
• Identify and address malocclusion, occlusal wear, and sleep-disordered breathing
• Drive adoption of clear aligner treatments and sleep medicine solutions
• Manage a productive schedule and collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists
• For Lead Dentists: Mentor and coach clinical staff, lead onboarding, and optimize studio performance

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current, active dental license in Georgia
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Active DEA registration
• Associate Dentists: Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or DSO
• Lead Dentists: 6+ years of post-residency experience with proven leadership ability
• Invisalign certification
• Ability to work full-time (4 days/week + 2 Saturdays/month) or part-time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern digital workflows and dental technology
• Proficiency in clear aligner case selection and staging
