Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic care
• Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose dental conditions and potential solutions
• Develop member-centered treatment plans grounded in clinical findings
• Diagnose and treat TMJ-related conditions and deliver therapeutic Botox
• Drive adoption of clear aligner treatment and evaluate sleep-disordered breathing
• Manage a productive schedule and partner with studio teams for efficient shifts
• Deliver a hospitality-driven member experience focused on personalized care and compassion
• (Lead Dentists) Mentor and coach dentists, hygienists, and assistants
• (Lead Dentists) Lead clinical onboarding, training, and daily huddles
• (Lead Dentists) Partner with Studio Managers to optimize scheduling and performance

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current, active dental license in the state of application
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Active DEA registration
• Associate Dentists: Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or DSO
• Lead Dentists: 6+ years of post-residency experience with proven leadership ability
• Invisalign certification
• Ability to work full-time (4 days/week + 2 Saturdays/month) or part-time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern digital workflows and dental technology
• Proficiency in clear aligner case selection and staging
• Experience in sleep medicine solutions
