Dentist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of high-quality clinical services including restorative, cosmetic, and endodontic care
• Lead comprehensive exams to diagnose dental conditions and develop member-centered treatment plans
• Identify and address malocclusion and sleep-disordered breathing using clear aligner and sleep therapy frameworks
• Manage a productive schedule and drive production through proactive diagnosis and efficient chair time
• Partner with dental assistants, hygienists, and studio leadership to ensure coordinated care
• (Lead Dentists) Mentor and coach clinical staff, lead onboarding, and optimize studio performance and scheduling

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Current, active dental license in the state of application
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Active DEA registration
• Invisalign certification
• Associate Dentists: Minimum 2 years of post-residency experience in private practice or DSO
• Lead Dentists: 6+ years of post-residency experience with proven leadership and mentoring ability
• Ability to work full-time (4 days/week + 2 Saturdays/month) or part-time schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with modern digital workflows and dental technology
• Proficiency in advanced treatment offerings like Botox for TMJ-related conditions
