Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and preventive dental care to patients
• Maintain long-lasting, trusting relationships with patients in the Gainesville and Newberry areas
• Utilize modern dental technology to deliver exceptional clinical care
• Collaborate with the office team to ensure high-quality patient experiences

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current Florida dental license (or eligibility upon graduation)
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice (new or experienced candidates welcome)
• Strong professional communication skills, both spoken and written

Benefits

• Competitive compensation: $800 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production for the first year
• 30% of adjusted production from the second year onwards
• $7,500 sign-on bonus
