Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care using modern dental technology
• Deliver high-quality clinical services in a private practice setting
• Maintain professional communication with patients and team members

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school
• Current Texas dental license or eligibility upon graduation
• Current CPR and BLS certifications
• Experience in clinical or private practice (new graduates welcome)
• Strong professional communication skills, both spoken and written

Benefits

• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Competitive compensation: $1,000 daily rate or 30% of adjusted production (Year 1); 30% of adjusted production (Year 2+)
