Responsibilities

• Delivering high-quality, patient-centred dental care
• Leading the clinical growth and direction of the practice
• Building and growing a strong, loyal patient base
• Acting as the face of the practice within the local community
• Collaborating with a national support network while enjoying clinical autonomy

Requirements

• 5+ years of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Strong clinical capability across a wide range of procedures
• Patient-first approach and excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing practice
• Registration (or eligibility) with the Dental Council of New Zealand (DCNZ)
• Current Annual Practising Certificate (or ability to obtain one)
