DDS/DMD degree, Valid Indiana Dental License, CSR and DEA registration, CPR certification, Extraction experience, Sedation experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental care to patients
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during consultations
- Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each patient
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including state dental board rules, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree from an accredited school
- Valid Indiana Dental License
- Valid CSR and DEA registration permits for administration of pharmaceuticals
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with extractions and sedation
