About the role

Responsibilities

Perform precision dent removal using specialized tools such as pullers, heat guns, and adhesive systems
Inspect damaged panels to assess the extent of damage and determine the optimal repair approach
Realign and reshape metal panels to factory specifications using frame machines and measuring systems
Conduct paintless dent repair (PDR) on minor dents, dings, and creases
Prepare surfaces for refinishing by sanding, priming, and masking as needed
Collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure accurate repair timelines and quality standards
Maintain and calibrate dent repair equipment and tools
Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during all repair processes

Requirements

Proven experience as a Denter or in a similar automotive body repair role
Certified in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) or equivalent training and credentials
Proficient in the use of dent pulling tools, frame machines, and heat guns
Strong understanding of automotive body construction, metal properties, and structural integrity
Ability to interpret repair estimates and work from technical diagrams
Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
