Dental Treatment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
• Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
• Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
• Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and hygiene
• Manage electronic billing and insurance knowledge (PPO and HMO)

Requirements

• 2 years of Dental Treatment Coordinating experience
• Experience with electronic billing
• Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Knowledge in Ortho Treatment Planning
• Customer service and sales experience
