About the role
Responsibilities
- Sell dental equipment and related financing solutions to prospective customers while maintaining high gross margins.
- Achieve annual sales goals and manage key performance elements including sales volume and growth rates.
- Provide office design services and oversee the customer site preparation process in collaboration with contractors and technicians.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including completing Equipment Order Agreements, collecting deposits, and ensuring final financing documentation is secured.
- Coordinate equipment installations and conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and proper equipment use.
- Educate and train Field Sales Consultants on equipment offerings and prospecting techniques.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of prior sales-related experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in dental or medical equipment sales.
