Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental front-office leadership or supervisory role
- Knowledge of PPO and HMO insurance plans
- Proficiency in dental office software and systems
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must enjoy working with children
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Dentrix
- Bilingual in Spanish
