Dental Prosthesis Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Prepare plaster models for the design of mandibular advancement orthoses
• Verify impression quality and pour plaster into impressions and bases
• Perform model finishing, correcting imperfections (bubbles, etc.), and checking occlusion
• Conduct 3D scanning of models, including scanner calibration and digital model capture
• Ensure traceability in production software and report non-conformities
• Support production versatility by assisting with order reception, digital design (CAD/CAM), and shipping after training

Requirements

• High manual dexterity and precision in technical gestures
• Strong attention to detail and rigor
• Ability to work effectively within a production team environment
• Commitment to following strict health, hygiene, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the dental sector (Dental Technician/Prothésiste) with relevant certification (BEP, BAC, BTS)
• Transferable experience in jewelry making, watchmaking, sewing, or as a dental assistant
