Dental Practice Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations including patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections
• Guide office budget guidelines for supplies, equipment, and labor costs
• Drive new patient growth through sales, marketing, and promotional programs
• Recruit, hire, and develop office teams to provide high-quality patient care
• Supervise staff performance through regular feedback, appraisals, and corrective actions
• Complete administrative tasks such as financial reviews, payroll, and end-of-day reporting
• Maintain patient data, regulatory documents, and electronic records
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety in compliance with OSHA and state/federal regulations
• Address grievances and inquiries from doctors, patients, and employees

Requirements

• Management experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental billing and treatment case presentation preferred
• Knowledge of insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Flexibility to work long hours or stay late if needed
