Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment
• Monitor financial performance and ensure production goals are met
• Optimize patient scheduling and conduct daily schedule audits
• Lead daily huddles, monthly team meetings, and interoffice communications
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to staff members
• Manage employee scheduling, insurance verification, and claims processing
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC regulations
• Maintain organized patient records and manage office supply inventory
• Address patient grievances and ensure exceptional customer service

Requirements

• Must have prior dental office management experience
• 3 years of experience in a dental office setting
• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and dental practice management software
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and CDC compliance standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
