Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage business operations including scheduling, revenue optimization, and expense control
• Oversee P&L responsibility and financial forecasting
• Partner with Dentists to lead the team and develop a collaborative environment
• Work with other departments to ensure proper practice operation support
• Deliver a superior patient experience through responsiveness and sensitivity
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and timely

Requirements

• Three years of management experience including P&L oversight
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Experience with dental software, preferably Dentrix
• Excellent time management and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills for team and patient interaction
• Willingness to travel up to 20% to support surrounding offices

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or healthcare discipline
• Experience in dental, medical, healthcare, or retail management
• Knowledge of dental insurance and explanation of benefits
