Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff while upholding high-level concierge patient care
• Maintain accuracy of patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding
• Collaborate with Regional Manager, non-clinical staff, and Executive Leadership
• Administer employee reviews and develop talent pipelines
• Present financial breakdowns to patients based on treatment plans
• Manage P&L and analyze business and financial data to achieve operational efficiency
• Order office supplies and report equipment maintenance needs
• Implement policy changes and maintain regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of dental practice management experience
• Strong dental treatment planning skills
• Proven experience managing a team and overseeing employee success
• Experience with relevant practice management software
• Proficiency in English with strong communication skills
• Availability for flexible weekdays and some Saturdays
