Responsibilities

• Oversee mobile dental teams consisting of a Dentist/Hygienist and a Dental Assistant
• Manage seamless operations, scheduling, and stakeholder interactions
• Ensure compliance and top-tier patient experiences
• Drive team efficiency, production, and productivity
• Support the team clinically and assist the doctor chairside as needed within state regulations

Requirements

• 5+ years of dental experience
• Front and back office experience
• Ability to travel daily with the team to patient locations in the Boston area
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company van
• Ability to lift and transport dental equipment and supplies
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to work longer travel days

Preferred Qualifications

• Active State-Level Dental Assistant Certification
• Clinical chairside assisting experience
• Experience with mobile dentistry or healthcare
• Familiarity with dental practice management software

• Base compensation ranging from $75,000 to $85,000
