About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment adhering to health and safety standards
- Manage equipment and supply restocking, ensuring dental kits are complete and sterilized
- Execute protocols for checking in and verifying incoming laboratory cases
- Conduct inventory audits and manage the supply chain using a FIFO system
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for company vehicles
- Generate operational reports and reconcile invoices against contracted pricing
- Execute regulatory compliance tasks including OSHA and HIPAA
- Manage Service Determination Requests (SDRs) and specialist referral processes
- Act as the primary point of contact for patients, staff, external partners, and corporate leadership
- Audit electronic Lab Case boards to ensure accurate tracking and timely returns
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, coordination, or administration, preferably in dental or healthcare
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
- Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, HIPAA, and OSHA is highly desirable
