Dental Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries
• Ensure the delivery of excellent patient care while complying with clinical and health & safety guidance
• Create a welcoming environment for patients to set them at ease
• Maintain accurate patient records using Software of Excellence
• Set up surgeries appropriately to maximize efficiency and utilization
• Anticipate clinician and patient requirements, including lab work and equipment
• Monitor surgery stock levels
• Undertake reception duties including answering telephones, making appointments, and collecting charges

Requirements

• GDC registration (for qualified candidates)
• Experience in Private or NHS practices (for qualified candidates)
• Commitment to high levels of patient care
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Enthusiastic attitude with an appetite to learn
