About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside support in all day-to-day activities within the practice and surgeries
- Ensure delivery of excellent patient care while complying with clinical and health & safety guidance
- Create a welcoming environment for patients
- Maintain accurate patient records using Software of Excellence
- Set up surgeries appropriately to maximize efficiency
- Anticipate clinician and patient requirements, including lab work and equipment
- Monitor surgery stock levels
- Undertake reception duties including answering telephones, making appointments, and collecting charges
Requirements
- Experience in Private or NHS practices preferred
- GDC Registration is desirable (trainee applicants considered)
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic with an appetite to learn
