Dental Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Partner with doctors in real-time to review and refine case designs for optimal aesthetic and functional outcomes
• Provide live clinical support via phone, chat, and video to troubleshoot issues and clarify workflows
• Act as a liaison between clinicians and Dandy lab teams to translate clinical feedback into production outcomes
• Build customer confidence in digital tools through expert guidance on complex cases

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Dental Technician role
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design (Implant and Crown & Bridge cases)
• Deep understanding of digital dental workflows, implant systems, and scan bodies
• Proficiency in navigating dental design platforms
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for real-time clinician interaction
• Native or near-native fluency in the local market language
• English fluency for global collaboration
• Ability to work shifts (11 am - 8 pm CEST or 12 pm - 9 pm CEST)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing dental lab role
