About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue and market share through in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dental laboratory products, digital workflows, and prosthetic solutions
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets
- Manage sales activities, progress, and pipeline using CRM tools
- Act as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory to ensure seamless service and communication
- Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights to leadership
- Collaborate with internal lab teams to support customer needs and resolve issues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in dental, medical device, or healthcare services
- Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory
- Strong consultative sales skills and a customer-first mindset
- Familiarity with digital dental workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or restorative dentistry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a company MVR check
