About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and market share through in-person visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of dental laboratory products, digital workflows, and prosthetic solutions
  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue goals, activity metrics, and territory targets
  • Manage sales activities, progress, and pipeline using CRM tools
  • Act as a liaison between dental practices and the laboratory to ensure seamless service and communication
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to provide insights to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal lab teams to support customer needs and resolve issues

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in dental, medical device, or healthcare services
  • Proven history of achieving sales quotas and building a territory
  • Strong consultative sales skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with digital dental workflows, intraoral scanners, implants, or restorative dentistry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as needed
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a company MVR check
