Dental Field Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach dental teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet practice goals.
• Drive early case submission by removing blockers and building clinical confidence during and after training sessions.
• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to monitor outcomes and surface targeted coaching opportunities.
• Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure necessary resources and tools are prepared for training days.

Requirements

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Proven experience training cohorts of up to ten dental assistants or staff members at a time.
• 3+ years of experience managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85% nationwide for in-practice training.
• Must be located within 60 minutes of a major airport (SFO preferred).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to influence both clinical staff and C-suite stakeholders.
