Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time.
• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
• Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
• Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days to surface targeted coaching opportunities.
• Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper resources and tools are in place before training.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% for in-practice training.
• Proximity to a major airport to support frequent national travel.
• 3+ years managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination.
• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
• English fluency for global collaboration.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Catalan is a plus.
