About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage all B2B sales activities within the Cleveland and Northeast Ohio territory to grow merchandise, equipment, and service sales.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales Gross Profit (GP) goals through active participation in key sales initiatives.
  • Conduct regular face-to-face consultative interactions and customer business reviews to align solutions with practice needs.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Utilize CRM, Content Management Systems, and predictive sales tools to implement effective market share strategies.
  • Attend sales meetings, dental conventions, and industry events to promote brand awareness and deepen customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Professional selling skills with a proven ability to connect and interact with potential customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and general computer software.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of prior sales experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
  • Experience in client prospecting and account management.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
