Dental Equipment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Sell dental equipment and related financing solutions to prospective customers while maintaining high gross margins.
• Achieve annual sales goals and growth rates as established with the Zone Equipment Manager.
• Promote company-wide preferred customer programs, high-technology offerings, and financing services.
• Provide office design services and oversee the site preparation process in collaboration with contractors and technicians.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including completing equipment order agreements, collecting deposits, and ensuring final financing documentation is secured.
• Coordinate equipment installations and conduct follow-up walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction and proper equipment use.
• Educate and train Field Sales Consultants on equipment offerings and prospecting techniques.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of prior sales-related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong project management skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
