Dental Assistant/Receptionist

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside support to clinicians during dental procedures
• Manage instrument sterilisation and maintain infection control standards
• Greet patients, manage appointment bookings, and handle payments
• Assist with patient enquiries in person and over the phone
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused practice culture

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist preferred
• Experience in sterilisation or infection control is advantageous
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence using computers and learning new systems quickly
• Warm, positive, and professional attitude
