Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Perform dental radiographs (x-rays) and scans
• Document baseline patient information
• Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and patient rooms
• Provide exceptional patient care throughout their visit
• Take impressions of patients' teeth
• Maintain a team-first and patient-first mentality
• Adhere to State, Federal, and local compliance standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certificate of Completion from a Dental Assisting Course
• CPR and/or BLS certification
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Familiarity with dental terminology
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to travel to other locations as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas RDA License (required after 1+ years of certification)
