About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during dental procedures by preparing operatories and providing chairside assistance
- Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software
- Greet patients and provide pre- and post-operative care instructions
- Restock dental supplies and manage inventory
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and billing
Requirements
- Knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, and equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
