Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist clinicians during dental procedures, including X-rays and material preparation
• Sterilise instruments and manage infection control following best practice guidelines
• Greet patients and review medical histories
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene techniques
• Maintain accurate patient records and filing systems
• Prepare treatment rooms and stock dental supplies

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of dental procedures and techniques
• Excellent communication, organisational, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in computer software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
