About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist clinicians with diverse dental procedures during patient appointments
- Manage instrument sterilisation and infection control
- Oversee stock control
- Provide occasional support at the reception desk
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is essential
- Experience in sterilisation or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy
- Valid NZ work rights
- Ability to live locally
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualification in sedation
