Dental Assistant II

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to postgraduate students and providers during dental procedures
• Maintain the dispensary and manage dental supply inventory levels
• Prepare, sterilize, and stock dental instruments and equipment
• Assist with patient seating, draping, and delivering treatment information
• Expose and scan radiographs using intraoral digital sensors
• Prepare surgical rooms for implant procedures
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and post-operative instructions
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment following infection control policies

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited dental assisting program
• Valid Radiological Technology License
• Current CPR certification
• Proficiency in Four-Handed Dentistry
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and communicate clearly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a dental office environment
