Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Welcome and prepare patients for dental treatment
• Set up instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures
• Sterilize instruments according to health regulations
• Assist the dentist through four-handed dentistry techniques
• Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
• Maintain accurate patient records and well-organized dental rooms
• Coordinate additional office responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Live within 25 miles of the Fairfield, CT office
• High school diploma
• Willingness to learn and grow in the field
• Understanding of health and safety regulations
• Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
• Dental assistant certificate and active state radiology license if required by law

The team is committed to delivering high standards of patient care in a positive, professional environment. This is a full-time role working Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm, with no weekend work required.
