Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, completing digital charting and verifying codes
• Capture quality x-ray images
• Assist dentist with a variety of treatment procedures
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms
• Discuss treatment options, importance, and follow-up care with patients
• Provide teeth polishing and sealant placement where certified
• Support patient treatment appointment scheduling
• Sterilize instruments and follow cross-contamination standards
• Guide parents and patients through post-care instructions
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• High engagement and supportive of company values
• Strong attention to detail and task completion
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work a Tuesday-Saturday schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas Issued Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Licensing
• Digital x-ray experience
• Digital charting experience
