Dental Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exams, complete digital charting, and verify codes
• Capture quality x-ray images and assist dentists with treatment procedures
• Set up and sterilize exam and treatment rooms following cross-contamination standards
• Discuss treatment options and guide patients through post-care instructions
• Support appointment scheduling and create positive patient environments
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain uplifting patient engagement

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative
• Flexible, adaptable, and highly engaged team player
• Attention to detail and prompt attendance
• Customer service orientation with strong relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Texas Registered Dental Assistant licensing
• Digital x-ray experience
• Digital charting experience
