Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays)
• Review patient medical history and monitor blood pressure and pulse
• Provide patients with pre/post-operative instructions for oral care
• Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies, including brushing and flossing
• Take impressions of patient's teeth for study casts
• Chart and enter treatment data into Dentrix Ascend software

Requirements

• Schooling or office experience as a Dental Assistant
• Ability to work Saturdays
